In September and August 2026, there were reports of new contracts from IQusion. They concern the provision of access to updates and the supply of new versions of corporate software. Specifically, on September 3rd, an agreement was announced that provides online access to updates for the Megapolis.DocNet system. This access will be valid until December 31, 2026.
Licensing Features
Another contract, reported in August, covers the supply of an updated version of the system with licensing based on two processor cores. It is important to understand that a processor core is purely a technical unit for measuring software rights. It determines the server's computing power for the system's operation and does not depend on the actual number of employees using the program.
Such agreements show that maintaining existing software consists of various formats. This can range from simple downloading of new versions to expanding rights for the use of server resources.
How to Plan Updates
When developing corporate systems, IT teams should create a step-by-step plan together with department heads. First, tasks should be divided: study the licensing terms separately, and check server technical compatibility separately.
