Press release · based on IQusion materials
Implementing corporate software requires not only choosing a platform but also a clear understanding of internal processes. Let's examine IQusion's approach to such tasks using the example of two recent contracts: updating the Scriptum.BPM system and configuring Megapolis.DocNet.
In September 2026, IQusion announced the signing of a contract to update the Scriptum.BPM platform. The agreement dated September 16 includes two separate items: updating the system for 350 workstations and supplying 150 additional licenses. Another area of the company's work can be seen in the October contract concerning the Megapolis.DocNet system, which involves configuring processes and integrations.
Preparation for Implementation
A software platform provides tools, but the rules for their operation depend on the company's processes. Therefore, IQusion specialists begin by describing the current state of affairs and how processes should function in the future.
If you are planning to implement a similar solution, it is worth determining in advance exactly what task the system should support. Describe the roles of all participants in the process. This will help create clear verification scenarios. Later, after the system is launched, you will be able to assess how the process has changed compared to the initial state.
