Press release · based on IQusion materials
Implementing corporate software requires not only installing the product but also preparing the client's teams. Transitioning to new processes becomes possible when users understand their roles and work scenarios. IQusion's announcements of 8 September and 12 October 2026 indicate training as a component of EDMS setup contracts.
Training Scope in Projects
The September contract concerns implementation for 30 workstations. In addition to system setup and interdepartmental exchange connection, IQusion undertakes team training. The October project has a larger scope: 250 users. Here, personnel training accompanies process and integration work. This data shows that organisational work with users is part of the agreed services, although the contract itself does not measure the level of material absorption.
How to Organise Training
Training helps connect employee roles, documents, and decisions into understandable daily scenarios. When preparing for system launch, managers should identify representatives from each user group. This will allow focus on the specific tasks of different departments.
Initially, it is advisable to check users' ability to work independently on test examples. It is also worth agreeing on a support channel in advance. When the system is fully operational, employees will inevitably have questions, and they must know where to turn for quick assistance. This approach makes the transition to new software smoother for the entire team.
