On June 9, 2026, Intecracy Group hosted another offline event in the Intecracy Solution Day format. This offline gathering was dedicated to one of the most pressing topics in modern business — corporate knowledge management based on artificial intelligence (AI). The central focus of the event was the transformation of vast arrays of documents and accumulated organizational experience into a highly structured and easily accessible knowledge base. This approach solves one of the biggest problems of generative artificial intelligence — hallucinations. Since the model relies exclusively on verified documents provided to it from the ECM system, the probability of inventing facts is minimized. In addition, this allows for flexible access control management: the search system only retrieves documents to which a specific user has authorized access.

RAG technology is a compromise and, at the same time, the most effective solution for the corporate sector. It allows us to combine the flexibility of generative AI with the strict security and relevance of corporate data. We do not just search for documents — we receive a ready, synthesized answer based on the company's internal regulations and reports. In this process, it is critical to ensure proper indexing and semantic search so that the model receives a truly relevant context.

Serhii Balashuk also drew attention to the importance of data preparation. In order for Enterprise Search to function correctly, documents must be properly structured, deduplicated, and cleared of outdated information. This requires implementing clear information lifecycle management policies within the organization.

Practical Value and Organizational Challenges

Participants of Intecracy Solution Day had the opportunity to discuss not only the technological advantages but also the challenges companies face when implementing intelligent knowledge management systems.
