The first part of the webinar was dedicated to a critically important stage — the selection of priority use cases. The speakers elaborated on why companies should not attempt to automate everything at once. Instead, businesses need to conduct a thorough audit of current processes to identify so-called "quick wins" — tasks whose automation will yield a swift and tangible economic effect at relatively low implementation costs.
Anton Marrero detailed the methodology for evaluating business processes, which helps structure chaotic management ideas and turn them into a coherent action plan. He pointed out that every scenario must pass through the sieve of technological feasibility and financial viability.
"The key mistake of many organizations lies in trying to implement artificial intelligence for the sake of technologization itself. Genuine AI consulting begins not with the choice of a technological model, but with a deep analysis of business processes. Only those initiatives that possess high value and low or moderate complexity should make it to the first phase of our roadmap. The sequence of implementation must be iterative: from a pilot project to full integration, where each subsequent step is built upon the conclusions of the previous one," emphasized Mykhailo Vihovskyi.
The speakers proposed a three-stage model for building a roadmap. The first stage is preparation and assessment (Discovery), the second is prototyping and testing on a limited scope of tasks (Pilot), and only the third is scaling at the entire corporate level (Scale). This approach minimizes financial losses in case hidden technical limitations are discovered.
