Held in a classic offline format, the event brought together leading IT architects, software developers, and digital transformation officers. The central theme of the discussion was "AI and BPM: intelligent automation of operations." Attendees explored the practical aspects of integrating modern artificial intelligence tools into traditional business process management systems, enabling enterprises to achieve a fundamentally new level of operational flexibility and decision-making speed.

The technological foundation for implementing this approach relies on proprietary developments by the consortium, specifically the low-code platform Scriptum and the high-performance web application development platform UnityBase. During their presentations, the speakers demonstrated exactly how these tools interact with AI modules to automate complex operational chains.
The Scriptum platform ensures rapid modeling and execution of business processes, while UnityBase serves as an ultra-fast core for data storage and processing. Thanks to the high performance of UnityBase, integrating even complex language models or classifiers does not create a critical load on the system, allowing the processing of thousands of requests in real-time.
"The true value of intelligent automation lies not in simply replacing a human with an algorithm, but in creating a harmonious environment where technology enhances human capabilities. By combining the structured nature of BPM with the adaptability of AI, we build systems capable of automatically classifying documents, predicting process deviations, and suggesting optimal decisions for management. However, it is crucial to maintain a balance: critical decisions must always remain under human control, while routine tasks are fully transferred to digital assistants," noted Yurii Syvytskyi, co-founder of Intecracy Group.

For instance, a classic contract approval process in Scriptum can now include an automated text verification stage powered by AI. The model analyzes the document for compliance with internal corporate regulations, identifies potential risks, and flags questionable clauses before a legal specialist even opens the file. This significantly accelerates the overall approval cycle.
However, deploying such solutions requires careful consideration of architectural trade-offs. In particular, developers must clearly delineate the boundaries of responsibility: where deterministic code logic ends and probabilistic neural network logic begins. Incorrectly configuring these boundaries can lead to errors in executing critical business functions.
"Using the UnityBase platform as the foundation for enterprise systems allows us to mitigate most of the technical risks associated with high workloads during AI operations. We designed the architecture to ensure that the integration of intelligent services occurs seamlessly, without degrading overall system performance.
