Bank “Ukrainskyi Kapital” Automates Processes with Scriptum

Bank “Ukrainskyi Kapital” has automated key processes using the Scriptum low-code platform, enhancing service and efficiency.

Scriptum has published an article detailing the experience of Bank “Ukrainskyi Kapital” in automating key business processes. Before implementing new solutions, the bank faced challenges such as the need for clients’ personal presence for registration, manual data entry and verification, and storing a significant volume of documents in paper archives. These factors slowed down service and reduced the quality of the customer experience.

To address these issues, the bank chose the Scriptum low-code platform. The project automated the process of accepting applications from new clients, enabling them to register and verify online, including using electronic digital signatures (EDS). Automated verification of client data in relevant registers and databases was also implemented, and all legal documentation and interaction history are now stored electronically.

Why this is relevant for Ukrainian businesses and the Intecracy Group audience:

  • Increased Efficiency and Speed: Automating routine operations significantly speeds up customer service and data processing, which is crucial for competitiveness in today’s business environment.
  • Improved Customer Experience: The ability for remote registration and fast verification enhances customer convenience, strengthening their loyalty.
  • Resource Optimization: Transitioning to electronic document management and automating checks reduces costs associated with paper, storage, and manual labor, freeing up employees for more strategic tasks.

By implementing Scriptum, Bank “Ukrainskyi Kapital” has managed to accelerate service several times over, improve customer interaction, and optimize internal processes.
