InBase, a leading developer of business process automation solutions, participated in the “Digitalization of the New Economy – 2024” Forum. At the event, which gathered representatives from government bodies, international organizations, and the IT industry, InBase showcased its experience in implementing electronic document management systems.

Olha Dembytska, Head of InBase’s Project Office, delivered a presentation titled “Electronic Document Management in Zakarpattia.” She detailed the successful implementation of the Megapolis.DocNet system within the Zakarpattia Regional State Administration, the Zakarpattia Regional Council, and over 60 territorial communities. The presentation covered the project’s objectives, achieved results, challenges faced by the team, and effective solutions. Roman Sarai, Head of the Zakarpattia Regional Council, emphasized that the introduction of a unified document management system is a key aspect of the region’s digitalization, ensuring synchronization with national government structures.

The forum served as a platform for discussing Ukraine’s ongoing digital transformation at all levels, as well as cybersecurity and the need to avoid reliance on Russian software. Participants included representatives from the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Economy, the U.S. Embassy, and the USAID mission in Ukraine.

  • Enhanced Efficiency and Transparency: Implementing electronic document management significantly optimizes internal processes, reduces bureaucracy, and increases operational transparency, which is crucial for modern business and public administration.
  • Strategic Development Direction: Participation in such forums and the presentation of successful case studies highlight the importance of digital transformation as a key element in the development of the Ukrainian economy and society, opening new opportunities for IT companies and businesses seeking innovation.
