InBase and Hideez Partner to Enhance Megapolis.DocNet Cybersecurity

InBase integrates Hideez passwordless authentication into Megapolis.DocNet to bolster cybersecurity.

InBase, the developer of the corporate document management system Megapolis.DocNet, has announced a partnership with Hideez, a US-based company specializing in passwordless cybersecurity solutions. This collaboration will integrate Hideez Authentication Service technologies into Megapolis.DocNet, aiming to significantly enhance data protection and simplify access management for users.

Hideez solutions eliminate the need for traditional passwords, replacing them with modern authentication methods. These include biometric-based Passkeys, the Hideez Authenticator mobile app, and FIDO-certified hardware security keys (such as Hideez Keys and YubiKeys). These technologies provide a unified, passwordless entry into corporate systems.

Furthermore, Hideez Keys enable contactless login to Windows workstations, automatic PC locking based on user proximity, and two-factor authentication. Hideez is a member of the FIDO Alliance and is recognized by Microsoft as a provider of passwordless solutions. The company’s products have received expert approval from the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, confirming their compliance with high security standards for use in government, financial, and other critical organizations.

For Ukrainian businesses and the Intecracy Group audience, the integration of such solutions is particularly relevant. It allows for a significant enhancement of corporate data cybersecurity amidst growing threats, simplifies and accelerates employee authentication processes, and ensures compliance with high security standards due to the certification of Hideez solutions in Ukraine and their international recognition.
