Deals and NEWTEND Integrate E-Document System for Public Procurement
Deals and NEWTEND have integrated an e-document system for signing public procurement documents using qualified electronic signatures (QES).
Deals, a developer of an electronic document management system, has announced an integration with the electronic platform NEWTEND. This collaboration allows participants in public procurement to sign all necessary documents electronically using a qualified electronic signature (QES), significantly simplifying and accelerating processes.
The launch of the Deals system on the NEWTEND platform is another step in the development of electronic public procurement in Ukraine. Since the introduction of the ProZorro system in 2015, electronic tenders have demonstrated high efficiency, contributing to the fight against corruption, saving budget funds, and ensuring equal business access to procurement. According to information published by Deals, the World Bank has positively assessed ProZorro’s functionality, confirming its compliance with international standards.
For Ukrainian businesses and the Intecracy Group audience working with public procurement, this integration offers several key advantages:
- Streamlined Document Management: The ability to sign contracts and other documents online eliminates the need for paper records, reducing time and logistics costs.
- Legal Validity and Security: The use of QES ensures the full legal validity of electronic documents in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, as well as a high level of data security.
- Accessibility and Efficiency: 24/7 access to documents from anywhere in the world enhances operational flexibility and speed, allowing companies to respond more quickly to tender offers.
This initiative underscores the importance of further digitalization of business processes and public services, ensuring transparency and efficiency in interactions between market participants.
